Orders

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Same-day shipping for orders placed by 1 p.m. (Pacific Standard Time).

Next-day shipping for orders placed Monday-Friday, after 1 p.m. PST. We do not ship orders on weekends and US holidays.

Shipping costs and arrival estimates are calculated and added during checkout, and vary depending on your location.

Once an order is placed, the Terms of Service agreement becomes binding.

Is there a minimum order requirement?

No. There is no minimum order requirement to purchase from us.

How do I check the status of my order?

Login to your user account or check the Order Confirmation email sent to your inbox. If you need a new Order Confirmation email, contact us.

What country do your ship from?

All orders are shipped from the United States.

Do you ship internationally?

To see whether or not we ship to your country, simply add an item to your account and follow through with shipping and select your country as the destination. We ship to most countries except to the ones listed on our 'excluded countries' list. 

I did not receive my Tracking number.

Contact us if you need your tracking number re-sent.

Once your order is processed you will receive a confirmation email from Jordan Beads USA with tracking information. Please check your spam folder if you haven't received the confirmation email.

Cancellations/Returns

What is the Return Policy?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14-days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The following items CAN be returned:

  1. Beads (stranded or loose)
  2. Beaded Jewelry 

    When will I receive my Refund?

    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

    If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@happybeadshop.com.

    Can I cancel or change my order?

    The fulfillment process begins immediately after an order is received. Should you want to cancel an order for whatever reason before the order has shipped and you receive a Shipping confirmation email, we agree to grant you a full refund. 

    All orders are shipped Same-Day or Next-Day from when the order was placed.

    In the event that your order has shipped before you request a cancellation, merchandise will be subject to the Return policy.

    Payment

    What payment methods are accepted?

    We accept the following secure payment methods:

    • Paypal accepted cards

    When an item is charged to a credit card you may be charged fees determined by your bank.

    We take no responsibility for any extra charges incurred by your bank.

    Will I be charged a currency conversion fee?

    When converting prices to another USD currency, a slight price variation of 1.5% will occur due to the different values of international currencies and fluctuating exchange rates.

    Currency conversion fees are automatically calculated and included in your total price at checkout.

    Inventory/Custom Orders

    How often do you restock?

    We restock with new and similar products once a month. If an item you want is sold out, there's a possibility that we might not have it available anymore. You can sign up on the product listing to receive a notification for when it is back in stock if applicable.

    Are custom orders available?

    We define Special and Custom orders as merchandise that is not readily available  at our location and unavailable on our online website. Examples of these are:

    1. personalized beaded jewelry and adornments
    2. requests for a particular color or type of bead(s)
    3. requests for items that are out of stock

    If you will like for us to create a Special or Custom order, send us a message.

    Discounts/Wholesale

    Are discounts available?

    We provide discounts based on the order total at checkout. Discounts will be calculated and subtracted from the order when the appropriate discount code is applied. The order total does not include any shipping costs or taxes. 

    The following Discounts can be combined with any product, promotion, or offer, including Free Shipping.

    I forgot to use my discount. Can I have a refund?

    Discount codes should be applied at checkout. We are unable to offer a refund if you forget to apply your discount code after an order has been placed.

    Can I create a Wholesale account?

    When traveling abroad we seek out the bead markets to obtain our inventory. Therefore, a lot of our inventory consists of on-of-a-kind, rare, or hard to find beads. We return to the United States with what we've collected and make it available on our website. Because of this, we are unable to fulfill bulk or wholesale purchases of most inventory. 

    Subscribe to our newsletter, we'll share our findings which you can look forward to being made available online for purchase.

    Our beads are listed at the best prices available on the market. We do not offer wholesale accounts.

    You can apply discount codes to your order based of the total order amount at checkout. See our Discounts page for codes.
