Insurance coverage

All orders are shipped fully insured at no additional cost to the customer.

Coverage is for loss, damage, or shortage to the original merchandise shipped plus the original shipping cost only.

Stolen merchandise that has been successfully delivered by the shipping courier is not covered. Customers should report stolen packages to local authorities for direction. We cannot grant any refunds for stolen merchandise.

*** Insurance is not covered for loss, damage, shortage, or non-arrival of any parcel and its contents which is addressed incorrectly or rejected by the receiver/customer.

Submitting a claim

Contact us within 14 days of delivery to submit an insurance claim. We require the following information in order for us to process claims:

  1. Proof of purchase (Receipt)
  2. Discovery date of your damaged or lost package
  3. If possible, written proof from courier that merchandise was lost while in transit.
