Wrong shipping address

If you have filled in an incorrect shipping address on your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@happybeadshop.com

Please note that once your order has been picked up and/or in route to the address, we are unable to change the shipping address.

We advise you to reach out to the shipping courier of your parcel directly as they may be able to redirect your parcel.

Products that are returned due to an invalid or wrong address may or may not be reshipped due to availability, and if products are available, you will have to pay the shipping costs.

After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for the loss of stolen packages.

*** Insurance is not covered for loss, damage, shortage, or non-arrival of any parcel and its contents which is addressed incorrectly or rejected by the receiver/customer.
